Any price changes will not affect your current subscription period. ⸻ 4.2 Founding Member Lifetime Access (Limited Offer) Lumera Learning may, at its discretion, offer Founding Member Lifetime Access to a limited number of users. Founding Member terms: • Limited to the first 500 eligible accounts only • Provides lifetime access to Startup From Scratch without subscription fees • No payment details are required for approved Founding Members • Founding status is assigned at account creation and cannot be manually requested • Founding Member access is non-transferable and tied to the original account • One Founding Membership per individual Lumera Learning reserves the right to: • Verify eligibility • Prevent abuse, duplication, or fraud • Revoke Founding Member status if obtained improperly • Modify or withdraw the Founding Member offer at any time before the 500 limit is reached Once the 500 Founding Member limit has been reached, standard subscription pricing will apply. ⸻ 4.3 Payment Processing (Standard Subscriptions) Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method. ⸻ 4.4 Mobile App Purchases and App Store Terms If you purchase a subscription through the mobile application: • Payment will be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store • Subscriptions are subject to the relevant app store’s billing and cancellation policies • You must manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings Lumera Learning does not control app store billing systems. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, nor responsible for, the Service. ⸻ 4.5 Auto-Renewal Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Founding Member accounts do not renew and are not subject to billing. ⸻ 5. Cancellation and Refunds 5.1 Cancellation You may cancel at any time: • Via your account settings (web purchases) • Via your app store account settings (app purchases) Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. ⸻ 5.2 Refunds Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
